Terms and Conditions

• All returns are subject to our Return Policy.
• Returns will be accepted on un-installed, in-stock merchandise that is still in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase; subject to the discretion of Sama Global Trade Inc.
• Returns of special orders are subject to the manufacturers return policies and policies regarding re-stocking fees. Not all manufacturers will accept returns.
• Discontinued items are Final Sale.
• Manufacturers warranties on defective merchandise will be honoured, subject to the manufacturer’s approval. Labour is not covered.
• Orders will be warehoused for 30 days. After 30 days the order is subject to cancellation and loss of deposit
